New statement from the 'Abdullah 'Azzām Brigades: "Statement Number 2 within the series 'Identifying the Way of the Offenders' "Letter from Ṣāliḥ bin 'Abdullah al-Qur'aāwī to the People of the Sunnah in Greater Syria"

For more on him see an English translation of an interview he conducted via Flashpoint Partners. The ‘Abdullah ‘Azzām Brigades is based in South Lebanon and in early August claimed responsibility for the attack on the Japanese tanker, M. Star, in the Straits of Hormuz, which was confirmed by the United States government earlier in the week.
