Peace, Mercy and Blessings of Allah be upon you all

May Allah continue giving you success in you works and services.

As you are already aware the Islamic Emirate has agreed to create suitable conditions for the signing of an agreement with the American side and the Mujahideen must begin implementing the program given to them for the upcoming seven days.

The leadership instructs everyone that if anyone has any questions concerning this (seven days) or has any difficulty in understanding then all should take instructions from their superiors based on hierarchical principles.

All Mujahideen must adhere to their given duties for the upcoming seven days, must remain defensively alert in case of violation by the opposition and must strictly refrain from entering enemy territory.

The Islamic Emirate has come to an agreement with the opposition and as you are all aware — fulfilling the terms and staying committed to them until the specified time is an obligation therefore all Mujahideen must pay serious attention to this principle.

Following the end of this seven-day period and signing of the agreement on the eighth day, all Mujahideen will be given new information and instructions in accordance with the agreement and implementation of those should be commenced.

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Regarding the Latest Developments in Negotiations”

Following lengthy negotiations between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the United States of America, both parties agreed to sign the finalized accord in the presence of international observers on the 5th of Rajab al-Murajab 1441 (Hijri Lunar) corresponding with the 10th of Hoot 1398 (Hijri Solar) and 29th of February 2020 (Gregorian).

Both parties will now create a suitable security situation in advance of agreement signing date, extend invitations to senior representatives of numerous countries and organizations to participate in the signing ceremony, make arrangements for the release of prisoners, structure a path for intra-Afghan negotiations with various political parties of the country and finally lay the groundwork for peace across the country with the withdrawal of all foreign forces and not allowing the land of Afghanistan to be used against security of others so that our people can live a peaceful and prosperous life under the shade of an Islamic system, Allah willing.

Many within Syria viewed Tunisians as more extreme relative to other foreign fighters.[1] There is a twofold aspect to this. The first relates to the human rights violations that Tunisians have been involved in within Syria, which is not necessarily unique considering all of the human rights violations committed by members of IS, whether local or foreign. The second, which this article focuses on, relates to some Tunisians involved within an extremist trend within IS called the al-Hazimiya (Hazimis), which is named after the progenitor of the ideas these individuals follow, Ahmad Bin ‘Umar al-Hazimi, a Saudi religious scholar. It should be noted that al-Hazimi is not a member or affiliated with IS; his ideas, however, were co-opted by some members of IS. As former Saudi ISIS member Sulayman Sa‘ud al-Suba‘i noted about this extremist trend among Tunisians in ISIS, “it was mostly the Tunisians who were involved in takfir, although personally, I doubt they had such extensive religious knowledge.”[2]

According to reports the supposed ‘Elections Commission’ has once against announced Ashraf Ghani as the head of the Kabul administration.

As the Islamic Emirate has rejected the fake and staged elections drama under the shadow of occupation in its entirety, it similarly rejects this meaningless appointment and considers it a failed effort at throwing dust in the eyes of the nation.

The Muslim Afghan nation shall make decisions about their domestic affairs and chart their own political course following the end of occupation – a time when they shall attain their most cherished desire of establishing a strong Islamic government.

Holding elections and announcing oneself a president under occupation shall never remedy the problems of our Muslim Afghan nation just as it has failed to do so over the past nineteen years.

Just as announcing Ashraf Ghani a president under the cover of fake elections is unlawful and has no legal basis, it is also in conflict with the contents of the ongoing peace process while keeping in mind the current sensitive circumstances of the Afghan issue.

Like the nineteen years past, our sacred Jihad shall continue until the occupation is brought to an end and all Afghans are afforded an opportunity to live a peaceful and prosperous life in an independent and pure Islamic government.
