New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “Regarding the Cabinet Announcement”

Praise be to Allah that our country gained freedom anew from occupation, all causes of war have been eliminated, our countrymen enjoy comprehensive security and for the first time, the groundwork has been laid for the establishment of a strong Islamic system. Moreover, our country is in dire need of extensive activity and service delivery in various fields to ensure that the legal, economic and social rights of the people are addressed in a timely manner and damages prevented. The Islamic Emirate has decided to appoint and announce a caretaker cabinet to undertake necessary governmental tasks.

It is to be noted that appointments to remaining ministries, departments and institutions of the government will be announced gradually after further deliberations, God willing.

Accordingly, the cabinet minister of the new Islamic government and his deputies, the interim heads of key security and service ministries, some of their deputies and other chief executives are announced as follow:

New statement from the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: “About Not Fighting in the City of Kabul”

The Islamic Emirate – thanks to God and his help and then thanks to the comprehensive support of the people – has taken control of all parts of the country, we congratulate this clear conquest and the great victory for all the people.

However, since the capital of the country (Kabul) is a large and densely populated city, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate do not intend to enter the city by force and fighting.

Instead, talks are continuing with the opposite party about entering the capital in a peaceful manner, so that the process of transferring power is carried out in safety and confidence, and so as not to cause any harm to citizens’ lives, money and honor, and so that the lives of citizens in the capital are not endangered.

Accordingly, the Islamic Emirate orders all its forces to stand at the gates of the city of Kabul, and not to attempt to enter the capital. Until the transition is complete, the responsibility for the security of Kabul rests with the opposite party, and they must do it.

We also repeat once again that the Islamic Emirate does not think of revenge against anyone, and we announce amnesty and safety to all employees of the Kabul administration, whether they are in the military or civil sector, and no retaliatory treatment will take place with anyone. Everyone should stay in the country, and in their places and homes. and not to try to leave the country.

We want the coming Islamic regime to include all Afghans from all walks of life and from all sides, and to have a responsible government that serves all and is accepted by all. God willing.
