السلم خيار الحياة… والحرب مسؤولية ثقيلة
إلى شيوخ ووجهاء العشائر العربية في شرق الفرات،
وإلى الإخوة الأكراد شركاء الأرض والتاريخ والمصير،
نخاطبكم اليوم لا من موقع الخصومة، ولا من منطلق الغلبة أو التهديد، بل من موقع الحرص الصادق على سوريا، وعلى دماء أبنائها، وعلى مستقبل أجيالها التي أنهكتها سنوات طويلة من الألم والاقتتال والانقسام.
لقد أثبتت التجارب القريبة والبعيدة أن الحرب لا تُنتج إلا الدمار، وأن السلاح مهما بدا مغريًا في لحظة غضب، فإنه لا يبني دولة إذا كان مرفوعا في وجه شركاء الوطن.
الحرب تهدم القرى قبل المدن، وتكسر النسيج الاجتماعي قبل أن تُسقط الخصوم، وتفتح أبوابًا لا تُغلق من الثأر والكراهية والتدخلات الخارجية.
إن الحكومة السورية الجديدة، وهي تتحمل مسؤوليتها الوطنية والتاريخية، تؤكد بوضوح لا لبس فيه أن خيارها الأول والأصيل هو السلم، والحوار، والشراكة الوطنية، وبناء دولة يتساوى فيها المواطنون تحت سقف القانون، دون تمييز أو إقصاء. فالسلم ليس ضعفًا، بل هو أعلى درجات الحكمة، وهو الطريق الوحيد لإعادة الإعمار، وعودة المهجرين، واستقرار الاقتصاد، وحفظ كرامة الجميع.
إلى العشائر العربية في شرق الفرات:
لقد كنتم عبر التاريخ صمام أمان للمجتمع، وحماة للأرض والعِرض، وركنًا أساسيًا من أركان الاستقرار. دوركم اليوم أعظم من أي وقت مضى؛ دور العقل، لا الانجرار؛ دور التهدئة، لا التصعيد؛ ودور جمع الكلمة، لا تمزيقها. فالعشيرة القوية ليست التي تكثر من السلاح، بل التي تمنع الفتنة، وتحفظ الدم، وتقدّم مصلحة الوطن على أي حساب ضيق.
وإلى الإخوة الأكراد:
أنتم جزء أصيل من سوريا، جذوركم ضاربة في تاريخها، وتضحياتكم لا تُنكر، وحقوقكم لا يجوز أن تكون موضع جدل أو مزايدة. إن مستقبل الأكراد في سوريا لا يكون بالتصادم مع محيطهم الوطني، ولا بالرهان على مشاريع خارجية عابرة، بل بالشراكة الصادقة داخل دولة واحدة، عادلة، قوية بجميع أبنائها.
إننا نقولها بوضوح ومسؤولية:
الحرب ليست خيارًا مرغوبًا لدى الحكومة السورية الجديدة، ولا تسعى إليها، ولا تتمنى وقوعها، لأنها تدرك أن كلفتها ستكون باهظة على الجميع دون استثناء. ولكن في الوقت ذاته، فإن الدولة لا يمكن أن تتخلى عن واجبها في حماية وحدة البلاد وسيادتها وأمن مواطنيها. وإذا فُرضت الحرب فرضًا، ولم تُترك مساحة للسلم، فإن من يدفع إليها ويتسبب بها سيتحمل كامل المسؤولية السياسية والأخلاقية والتاريخية عن نتائجها.
نحن أمام مفترق طرق واضح:
إما طريق السلم، الذي يفتح باب الحوار، ويؤسس لعقد اجتماعي جديد، ويمنح كل مكوّن حقه ضمن الدولة،
وإما طريق الحرب، الذي لا رابح فيه، ولا مستقبل له، ولا ذاكرة تُحمد عقباه.
فلنختر الحياة على الموت،
والعقل على الانفعال،
والوطن على المشاريع الضيقة،
والسلم على الحرب.
هذه رسالة مسؤولية، لا تهديد،
ورسالة أمل، لا إنذار،
ورسالة وطنية تقول: سوريا تتسع للجميع، ولا تُبنى إلا بالجميع.

The recent statements made by the Pakistani Army Spokesperson during a press conference concerning Afghanistan’s governmental and social structure are entirely detached from reality and are inconsistent with the responsibilities of a professional military position.
The Islamic Emirate firmly condemns these irresponsible and provocative remarks and urges the relevant Pakistani institutions to refrain from unfounded propaganda about Afghanistan. Instead, they should focus on addressing their own internal challenges.
Afghanistan is an independent and stable country with a strong security system and decisive leadership that exercises full sovereignty over all its territory. We emphasize that any statements or threatening language interfering in Afghanistan’s internal affairs are completely unacceptable to the Afghan nation.
The Islamic Emirate calls upon the relevant Pakistani institutions to adopt a responsible approach and issue measured statements, taking into account the sensitivity and importance of relations between the two countries.
