New statement from al-Qā’idah in the Islamic Maghrib: “If You Do Not Aid the Prophet – God Has Already Aided Him: About the Sinful French Campaign To Insult the Prophet Muḥammad”

The first half of the title of this release is in reference to Qur’anic verse 9:40. Here it is in full: “If you do not aid the Prophet – God has already aided him when those who disbelieved had driven him out [of Makkah] as one of two, when they were in the cave and he said to his companion, ‘Do not grieve; indeed God is with us.’ And God sent down his tranquillity upon him and supported him with angels you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of God – that is the highest. And God is Exalted in Might and Wise.”
