New statement from Hay’at Taḥrīr al-Shām: Clarification On the Arrest of the French “‘Umar Dīyābī”

بعد عدة دعاوى رفعت بحقه، وكثير من المخالفات التي ارتكبها “ديابي” طوال مدة وجوده في الشمال السوري؛ قررت الجهات المعنية توقيفه ومتابعته بتهم تتلخص فيما يلي:

– تفرده بما يشبه إدارة مصغرة خاصة به وبأهل منطقته، تتضمن أغلب الإجراءات المدنية المتعلقة بالأحوال الشخصية كالزواج والطلاق والمعاملات.

– قيامه بعدة إجراءات جنائية كتنظيم محاكمات ووجود سجن مصغر في منطقته (المخيمات) وما يتضمن ذلك من إنزال عقوبات وتعزيرات على “المخالفين”، كل هذا وغيره بعيدا عن إدارة الشمال المحرر المعنية.

كل هذه الإجراءات مع قلة الأهلية وانعدام الخبرة إنما هي باب إفساد وشر، تسبب ضياع الحقوق والعبث بالحرمات، وإن الجهات الرسمية بعد جهود مضنية لضبط الملف المدني والجنائي لن تسمح بهذه التصرفات أبدا.
