إلى إخوتي الذين خرجوا لنصرة المستضعفين ورفع راية الدين:
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله.
وفقكم الله وسددكم وتقبل منكم تضحيتكم وبيعكم نفوسكم –فيما نحسبكم- لله عز وجل.
إخوتي، ومن قبيل (فإن الذكرى تنفع المؤمنين)، نذكركم بضرورة استرضاء آبائكم وأمهاتكم أثناء جهادكم، حتى لو كانوا معترضين على خروجكم ورأيتم أنه واجب في حقكم فلم تستأذنوهم فيه. فهذا لا يسقط فرضية البر بهم والتلطف معهم وجبر خواطرهم بطيب الكلام وخفض الجناح والتذلل. ولنتذكر بما أمر الله به مع الوالدين الذين يجاهدان ولدهما على الشرك به سبحانه!: (وإن جاهداك على أن تشرك بي ما ليس لك به علم فلا تطعهما وصاحبهما في الدنيا معروفا).
هذا في والدَين يضيقان على ولدهما ويحاربانه ليشرك بالله! ومع ذلك (وصاحبهما في الدنيا معروفا).
فلا شك أن أباك المسلم وأمك المسلمة أحق بهذا المعروف وإن جادلاك جدالا عاطفيا غير شرعي، وإن قالا لك: (لن نرضى عنك حتى ترجع)، (سندعو عليك إن لم ترجع)، وحتى إن طعنا في مشروعية الجهاد بالشام جملة بجهل ودون علم، وحتى إن أحسست أن مكالمتك معهما تضعف عزيمتك وتعكر صفوك وتهبط معنوياتك.
أخي الحبيب، تحمل ذلك كله منهما والتلطف معهما جهاد أيضا، ولا خلاف على فرضيته عليك عَيْناً. ومن باع نفسه له فليس له أن يختار جهادا دون جهاد ما دام يرى كليهما واجبا.
وهنا أحب أن أشير إلى أمرين:لطالما دافعت عن مشروعية الجهاد وعن المجاهدين، ولكن في الوقت ذاته، لم أُفْتِ أحدا بوجوب خروجه هو شخصيا للجهاد في سوريا، وامتنعت دوما عن إعطاء إجابة عن سؤال: (ما حكم ذهابي للجهاد؟)، ولدي قناعتي بأن المشروع الجهادي (كجزء من المشروع الإسلامي) يُخدم بوسائل شتى، وليس حمل السلاح فحسب.
أيضا، عندما بدأت الثورات في الشام وغيرها كنتُ مأسورا. فلست ممن دعا الشعوب إلى الثورة بهذا الشكل. وأفرق تماما بين دور العلماء والدعاة إذا سؤلوا (هل نثور أم لا؟) ودورهم بعد وقوع الثورة ووصولها مرحلة اللارجعة، وقد وضحت ذلك في كلمة (دور العلماء في الثورات).
هذان التوضيحان لعلهما يجيبان عن توهم من يتوهم أننا نحرض الناس على الثورة بغض النظر عن مقوماتها وإمكانياتها ودراسة مآلاتها ثم نفتي الناس بوجوب جهادهم بالسلاح بينما نحن في بيوتنا آمنون!
