The title of this release is in reference to Qur’anic verse 2:186. Here it is in full: “And when My servants ask you, [Oh Muhammad], concerning Me – indeed I am near. I respond to the invocation of the supplicant when he calls upon Me. So let them respond to Me [by obedience] and believe in Me that they may be [rightly] guided.”

As per the decree of the supreme leader of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA), All Afghans are informed that from now on, cultivation of poppy has been strictly prohibited across the country.
If anyone violates the decree, the crop will be destroyed immediately and the violator will be treated according to the Sharia law.
In addition, usage, transportation, trade, export and import of all types of narcotics such as alcohol, heroin, tablet K, hashish and etc., including drug manufacturing factories in Afghanistan are strictly banned.
Enforcement of this decree is mandatory. The violator will be prosecuted and punished by the judiciary.
