New video message from the Shūrā Council of the Amīr of Wilāyah Dagestan in the Caucasus Emirate

UPDATE: The individual who writes the Kavkaz-Jihād Blog has translated what the Amīr of Wilāyah Dagestan Ḥaṣan stated. It is unedited below:

Here is the translation, witha adaptations of the transcript of the latest messgae of Amir Hassan about the changes in the leadership of the W. Dagestan, as a consequence of the Martyrdom of Amir Sayfullah aka Magomedali Vagabov (ra). He also renew the Bayah given to the CE Amir, Abu Uthman (ha), on behalf of the Mujahideen of Dagestan.
Assalam Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuhu, brothers.
A lot of time have passed since the martyrdom (Insha’Allah) of our brother Seyfullah. He has done a lot of work in the way of Allah, may Allah reward him with good. May Allah accept his Jihad, and may He increases his reward in Heaven. We will, Insha’Allah, all achieve it. We came here to die on the path of Allah, to establish Its law on earth. Either Allah will give us the martyrdom in His path, or the victory over the infidels.
Today, some Amirs can not be here for a good reasons: Amir Habib and Amir al-Bara. There are some changes after the Seyfullah’s martyrdom. I thought and consulted with my brothers and the decisions were made: I appoint as my Naib (deputy), Hassan, who is now the Amir of the Northern sector. He will be my first Naib, Insha’Allah, the second Naib will be Salih, who is the Amir of the Central Sector. As Amir of the Makhachkala-Kaspiysk(1) sector, I have appointed al-Bara, who was the Amir of Kaspiysk. Now we have there a brother, Isa, Al-HamduLillah, a knowledgable brother. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds that we have such brothers here. We have appointed him as the Amir of Riyadh-us-Saliheen group(2). Insha’Allah, he will act, as we have discussed earlier Insha’Allah. We will also continue to bring horrors to the infidels, in their territories. They think that this (Dagestan and the Caucasus ) is the only place of this war. Insha’Allah, we will carry this war into their territory, with the help of Allah. As for Daud of Makhachkala, the Amir of the special group – today, I removed him from this post, but he remains the Amir of the group, but a special group among us, is no longer needed today. So, by and large, we are all –  all Mujahideen, who are in the Caucasus Emirate and the earth in general, members of these special groups, Al-HamduLillah. Daud and its group will be subordinated to the sector Amir, al-Bara. I also appoint Abu Yasser, as the Qadi of the southern sector.
And so, Al-HamduLillah, praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds that Allah gives us the opportunity to perform this Jihad in Its path. Praise be to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, this is a Ni’mat – a favor from Allah. May Allah reward us with a blessing and accepts our Jihad, may He increases our rewards and our level in Heaven. May He allows us to be with the Messenger of Allah, Muhammad (saws) on the Judgement day. We, the Mujahideen of Dagestan – which are subordinated to me, we renew our Bayah to Abu Uthman, the Amir of the Caucasus Emirate, may Allah preserves him. We will, Insha’Allah, obey him as long as he follows the Qu’ran and the Sunnah…

2. The Ryadh us-Saliheen battalion have groups in every Wilayah of the CE. The battalion is formally in charge of the martyrdom operations.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
(دولةُ العراقِ الإسلاميّة / تهنئة بمناسبة عيد الأضحى )
الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على خاتم النبيين محمّد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين… وبعد:
فقد هلّ علينا يوم الأضحى المبارك، نسأل الله أن يعيده على الأمّة بالعزّ والظّفر والتمكين، وأن يجعله مبشراً بفجرٍ جديدٍ، وخير عتيدٍ، وفي هذه المناسبة نهنّئ المسلمين في مشارق الأرض ومغاربها، ونخصّ بالذّكر منهم النّافرين في سوح الجهاد نُصرةً لدينهم وإعلاءً لكلمة ربّهم، مهاجرين وأنصاراً، وكذلك من نصرهم ودافع عنهم وذبّ عن أعراضهم، فهنيئاً لكم ما قدّمتم، وتقبل الله منا ومنكم صالح الأعمال، وكل عام وأنتم بخير.
ونقول ناصحين مُشفقين لكلّ مسلمٍ من أهلنا تخلّف عن الرّكب وحال بينه وبين الجهاد حائل، أباً وأخاً وابناً، أن يسأل نفسه في لحظة صدقٍ وتجرّدٍ لله: ماذا يريد المجاهدون منّا هذه الأيّام؟ أتُراهم بحاجة لدعوةٍ صادقةٍ من مسلم موحّدٍ طيّب الملبس والمطعم في جوف اللّيل؟، أم تُراهم بحاجةٍ ليدٍ باذلةٍ تُنفق ممّا آتاها الله من المال الحلال خالصاً لوجهه وابتغاء مرضاته؟، أم تُراهم بحاجة لكلمةٍ حقٍّ صادقةٍ يُصدعُ بها في وجه الطّاغوت تذبّ عنهم وتنصرهم على عدوّهم؟، أم إنّهم بحاجةٍ لكلّ هذه الأمور في زمن الغربة هذا، حيث استنفر الشيطان خيله ورجله، واجتمعت فيه كلّ مِلل الكفر لحرب هذه الثلّة من البشر، ورماهم القريب والبعيد عن قوسٍ واحدة {يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا كُونُوا أَنْصَارَ اللَّهِ}.
اللهم مكّن للمجاهدين في الأرض، اللهُمَّ خذّل عنهم شُبه المخذّلين وادفع عنهم كيد المخالفين، اللهمّ قوِّ شوكتهم وآنس وحشتهم، وكن لهم العون والنّصير، فهم الضّعفاء وأنت القويّ، وهم الفقراء وأنت الغنيّ، اللهمّ أنزل بعدوّك وعدوّهم بأسك الذي لا يُردّ عن القوم الظالمين، اللهم كل من تآمر على الجهاد والمجاهدين فرُدّ كيده في نحره واكشف خبيئته وافضح سريرته واجعله عبرة لغيره، اللهم فكّ أسرى المسلمين وداوِ جرحاهم واكشف الضرّ عن مبتلاهم، اللهُمَّ واغفر لنا ذنوبنا وإسرافنا في أمرنا، وثبّت أقدامنا وانصرنا على القوم الكافرين..

New statement from the Islamic State of Iraq [al-Qā’idah in Iraq]: "Declaring a new campaign of revenge for the Mothers of the Believers and defending the honor of the Seal of the Prophets"

NOTE: The idea of the seal of the prophets (Khātim an-Nabiyīn) , which the Islamic State of Iraq uses in the above title is a reference to a verse in the Qur’ān, which identifies the Muslim prophet Muḥammad as the last prophet God is sending to the Earth with a revelation. Here is the verse:

Muḥammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things. (Sūrat al-‘Azhāb 33:40)

This verse is one of the reasons why the Iranians have such issues with the Bahá’í while the Pakistanis have problems with the Ahmadiyya.

** بيانٌ عن انطلاقِ حملة الثّأر لأمّهات المؤمنين وعِرض خاتم الأنبياء والمرسَلين ** يقول تعالى: {إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ لَعَنَهُمُ اللَّهُ فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالآخِرَةِ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا}[الأحزاب: 57]. الحمد لله ربّ العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.. وبعد: ففي يومٍ منبأيّام الله وبعد التّوكّل عليه والأخذ بالأسباب المتيسّرة، انطلقت طلائعُ المجاهدين في حملةٍ جديدة مباركةٍ حشدوا فيها أجنادهم وأسرجوا فيها جِيادهم، ونادى مناديهم: أنِ امضوا على بركة الله في كتائبَ غضبةً للدّين، وثأراً لأمّهات المؤمنين وأصحاب النّبي صلى الله عليه وسلّم، بعد أن تمادى الأنجاسُ الرّافضة في غيّهم، وقد أخذتهم الأماني بعودة المشروع الصفويّ كلّ مأخذ، فظنّوا أنّ الأمّة استنامت عن درب الجهاد بتضليلِ أصوات المنبطحين، وانكسر سيفها تحتَ أقدام الحكّام المرتدّين وسنابك خيل الغُزاة الغاصبين، فاستعلنوا بشِركهم وكفرهم، وجاهروا بأذيّتهم رسولَ الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم في عِرضه وطعنهم في أزواجه أمّهات المؤمنين، وسبّهم ولعنهم أصحابَه رضي الله عنهم ليلاً ونهاراً، على منابرهم وفي تجمّعاتهم وشاشات فضائياتهم.. فجاءهم أولياء الرّحمن من حيث لم يحتسبوا محطّمينَ الخطّة الأمنيّة التي ملأ سفهاء المنطقة الخضراء بها الدّنيا ضجيجاً، فتمّ ولله الحمد وبصورة متزامنة، ضربُ الزّوايا المُظلمة التي شخّصتها المفارز الأمنيّة بدقّةٍ أعشاشاً للزندقة والكفر، يُنادى فيها بالطّعن في أمّهات المؤمنين وسبِّ الصّحابة رضي الله عنهم أجمعين،،، ألا فليعلم الرّافضةُ الأنجاس المناكير، أبناء المُتعة وأحفاد ابن العلقميّ: أنّ لأمّهات المؤمنين الطّاهرات العفيفات والصّحابة الكِرام العِظام، أبناءً وأحفاداً رجالاً، طلّقوا دنياهم وباعوا أنفسَهم لبارئها، أُباةً كُماةً يبتغون القتل في سبيل الله ولا ينامون على ضيم، وما رأوه منهم في تلك اللّيلة المباركةِ أوّلُ الغيث، ويومٌ واحدٍ من أيّام كثيرةٍ مخضّبةٍ بالدّم تنتظرهم، فرائحة الموت لن تُفارق بقوّة الله مجالسهم التي يُنالُ فيها من عِرض نبيّنا صلّى الله عليه وسلّم، فليبشروا بما يسوؤهم والقادم بإذن الله أنكى وأمرّ… والله أكبر {وَلِلَّهِ الْعِزَّةُ وَلِرَسُولِهِ وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَلَكِنَّ الْمُنَافِقِينَ لا يَعْلَمُونَ} وزارة الإعلام / دولة العراق الإسلامية
